Return & Refund Policy — Africa Store

At Africa Store, we want you to love what you order. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After that, we can no longer accept the request.

2. Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be attached
  • You must provide your order number

⚠️ Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at AfricaStore150@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm if your return is approved and send you the return details
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll let you know the outcome

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, email us photos + your order number within 48 hours at AfricaStore150@gmail.com. We'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, your choice.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Shipping Across Africa

Delivery times and costs vary by country. Full shipping details are sent once your order is confirmed.
